HandledSEO (“we”, “us”) is operated by Speed of Light Digital. You can reach us at [email protected] with any question about this policy or your data.

Waitlist sign-up. If you join the early access list, we collect the email address you submit. It is sent directly to our inbox so we can email you when HandledSEO opens up — it is not added to any mailing list or shared with anyone else.

Google Search Console data.Once HandledSEO's reporting product is live, signing in with Google lets us request read-only access to your Search Console property (via the webmasters.readonly scope). We use this only to generate your monthly report: page and query performance, indexing status, and related metrics already visible to you in Search Console. We do not request edit access to your property, and we do not use this data for any purpose beyond generating your report.

• To respond if you contact us directly.

We do not sell your data, and we do not use it to train any model.

We use third-party infrastructure to run HandledSEO: hosting (DigitalOcean) and Google's APIs (Search Console). These providers process data on our behalf under their own security and privacy terms — we don't hand your data to anyone beyond what's needed to run the service.

Waitlist emails are kept until you ask us to delete them or until early access opens and the list is no longer needed. Search Console data is kept only for as long as your account is active and is deleted if you disconnect Google sign-in or close your account.

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete your data at any time by emailing [email protected]. You can also revoke HandledSEO's access to your Google account at any time from your Google Account permissions page.

If this policy changes, we'll update the date at the top of this page. Material changes will be communicated by email to active customers.
